I recently ordered a Jackery 500 portable power station. I paid on Wednesday and it was delivered in perfect condition on Friday. Excellence all round. I recently purchased this unit after doing a lot of research into portable power stations, as I need to stay online regardless of the incompetence of Eskom. I have bot used it to it's full capacity yet but I can already mention some its standout features compared to most of the competition: (1) It uses Lithium LFP batteries that offer >2500 recharge cycles before the batteries will need to be replaced, versus other battery technologies that offer from 250 to 400 cycles. (2) It is a heavy unit but is easily moveable due to its suitcase-like wheels and multiple carrying handles. (3) It has a very clear display that shows multiple useful items of information e.g. how much load you are placing on it, how long it will take to recharge, etc. To summarise, I am very happy with the unit and can highly recommend it to remote workers who need to stay online.

Even though this is on the more affordable end of the market, it is expensive for what it is, which in my case is a big battery. Everything works as advertised, easy to use, super portable with a good feature set, this will run my small home office for 8 to 10 hours when there is no power, and my flat screen TV and treaming box for another 4 hours on top of what. The fan can get a little intrusive and faster charging would have been awesome, but not a bad product. The only real downside is that it cannot startup my 17 year old double door fridge-freezer combo. This is likely mnore to do with my cooling unit than the jackery though. Service from Ecohub has been exceptional, I'd use them again any time.

Have already used the airfryer a number of times, despite only having it a week. I love how fast it heats up. Perfect for heating up pastries. It’s a very good size - I can make a Mac and cheese for 4 in it. Have yet to try cook a chicken on the rotisserie but I’m looking forward to trying it. So far it’s easy to clean and doesn’t seem to use much electricity. Much more energy efficient that using my big oven when I don’t need to.

I'm running all my essentials electronics for my home business during loadshedding. Currently running a laptop, big of 3 monitors, WiFi router,standing lamp and TV, will last at least for 4 - 6 hour with of it power. Happy with the performance of the inverter. It does however charge slow using the AC power. So tip do not run it empty before the next scheduled loadshedding timeslot Have not tried the DC charging input yet.
