Bought this inverter in combination with the BlueNova 5.2k battery and am using it as a UPS for permanently powering a fridge, a freezer, another combo fridge/freezer as well as a computer, network switch, router and wifi equipment. The overall load is reletively low, but this means that the battery/inverter is able to supply the load for many hours. I have been impressed with the capabilities of the inverter and plan on adding solar panels soon (in order to reduce my electricity bill).

I have been looking around for a long time for a solution like this. To power my small home office (a couple of laptops and LED monitors) when we get our turn to live and work in the dark ages. It is a lot of money to spend, hence my extensive search. Let's look at a couple of things: Service: Fantastic. I logged a query on the site about this unit an within minutes I got a reply with a mobile number! What? I thought and gave it a try, and I phoned the number. Sure enough, my call was answered. I was initially interested in another unit, but after hearing what else was required to get that unit running and for what I needed, this was suggested. I read the specs on the unit, all the user reviews and I was happy to order. Ordering process: I placed the order and preferred to do the EFT option (Saved me an extra R80) and within minutes of making the payment with the correct reference, I got an email confirming my order has been processed and payment received! Very efficient. Delivery process: I got an email from the courier company about 2 hours later confirming that they have already collected the unit and it is in transit to their warehouse. I received the unit 2 days later. Brilliant service! Unit it self: well this is where I am most impressed. It is a Lithium-ion Phosphate battery with 1000W AC output. It has a DC option as well and while it is quiet that I can charge my phone on it, I think it is slightly an overkill. On day 1 I got the opportunity to test my unit. "Thank you Eishkom", You NEVER fail to disappoint us. The unit worked beautifully! Would I use this site again. Absolutely. Would I recommend it to my wife and daughter. I already have.
