Variable-speed control for every ingredient

Select 40 / 65 / 90 / 120 rpm via the side dial — and adjust mid-operation. Lower speeds (40 rpm) maximise contact time and minimise foam for celery, leafy greens, wheatgrass, ginger and dense roots. Higher speeds (90–120 rpm) accelerate juicy citrus and soft fruits, and speed up oil pressing with the optional attachment. Low-speed mode also supports long batch juicing without heat build-up.
