Why it matters for your health
- More nutrients: Fresh milling retains B vitamins, iron, magnesium, and more.
- Richer oils: Natural grain oils stay intact—in packaged flour, they’re often lost or rancid.
- Better digestion: Full-spectrum bran, germ, and soluble fiber support gut wellness.
- Fuller, longer: Whole-grain flour helps balance blood sugar and keeps you satisfied.

Cleaning & Care
Proper care keeps your Mockmill performing smoothly—no tools or disassembly needed.
? Quick Cleaning Steps
- Empty the hopper and run the mill briefly empty to clear dust.
- Process plain white rice (uncooked, not parboiled): about ½ to 1 cup on a medium-fine setting. The rice absorbs oils and cleans the stones.
- Wipe the exterior with a dry cloth or brush. Never introduce moisture inside the mill.
⚠️ Avoid These
- Parboiled or brown rice (too hard/oily)
- Wet or sprouted grains (can clog)
- Water or soaking the stones (damages components)
Tip: Clean every few weeks or after gluten-free or legume milling to maintain performance.
