Smaller items sent from our main warehouse are upgraded to Overnight Express.
Larger items shipping from the Cape typically take 3 working days.
Cape Town & Surrounds: You can expect very quick delivery (typically next working day) on most items as we dispatch directly from our Western Cape Main Warehouse (just 90km outside the city).
Regional Areas: Please allow 3–5 working days.
No, not at all. We offer a full Guest Checkout option. You can simply enter your delivery details and pay without creating a password or logging in.
Optional: You will see a checkbox at checkout to “Create an account” if you want to save your details for future warranties or tracking, but this is 100% optional.

Yes, almost always. Most orders are dispatched as a single shipment via one courier with one waybill number.
However, on the rare occasion that your order is split between warehouses (e.g., one item from JHB and another from Cape Town), you will receive separate tracking links for each delivery.
Yes, in most cases. If a popular item is temporarily out of stock, we often allow backorders so you can reserve the next arriving unit.
How to check: If the product page says “Available on Backorder,” you can place your order immediately to secure your stock.

Yes, but the process depends on what you are buying & where you are located.
1. Heavy Goods (Solar Batteries & Inverters):
Since heavy orders attract a courier fee, many clients choose to collect from our partner warehouses to save on shipping.
Where: We have collection hubs in Johannesburg, Cape Town, and Durban.
How: Simply select “Local Pickup” at checkout. Our system will display the exact address for the items in your cart.
2. Lifestyle Products (Juicers, Blenders, etc.):
Courier delivery is FREE nationwide for these premium items, so there is no cost benefit to collecting. Most clients prefer our secure door-to-door service.
Can I still collect? Yes, if you are traveling the N2 route past our Western Cape Main Warehouse. We are situated directly on the N2 (approx. 90km from Cape Town, at the Hermanus turn-off).
How: If the “Local Pickup” option does not appear at checkout (because shipping is free), please email us immediately after placing your order so we can hold the dispatch for you.
No. Payment must be settled online before collection. Because many of our collection points are third-party logistics hubs or supplier warehouses, they do not have the facilities to process payments on our behalf. They are strictly for dispatch.

Yes, absolutely. Every single product we sell is backed by its official South African warranty. Because we deal only in legitimate, authorized stock, the specific warranty terms are determined by the local distributor for each brand (e.g. Kuvings, Revov, Huawei).
Who handles the claim?
General Brands: The distributor’s authorized service center fulfills the claim to ensure factory standards.
Sana Juicers: As the exclusive importer, we align with the International Warranty and fulfill these claims directly at our own service center.
We only stock premium brands that are built to last. But if you do hit a snag, we are here to help.

Why email? It allows our technical team to see the issue immediately and book the correct technician for your specific brand. It is much faster and more accurate than a phone call.
For hard-wired products (like solar inverters, batteries, or air conditioners), the manufacturer warranty is valid only if the unit is installed by a qualified professional.
When processing a claim for these items, we may request your Certificate of Compliance (CoC) or the details of your accredited installer to verify the warranty.

Free Returns: For eligible returns under this policy, we will arrange the courier collection at no cost to you.
Expert Advice: We do not offer a “buy to try” service. These are premium investments, and we want you to make the right choice the first time.

We apologize for the error! Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item you received.
We will resolve this immediately by arranging a collection of the wrong item and dispatching the correct one to you at no extra cost.
Please inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives. If you notice any damage:

We will verify the transit damage and arrange a replacement or solution for you quickly.
Please do not mail items back yourself. Since our stock is held in specialized warehouses, we need to book the courier for you to ensure it goes to the right destination.

Once your return arrives back at our warehouse, please allow 5–10 business days for us to inspect the goods and process the refund.

Yes. Unless they are defective, we cannot accept returns for:
Items that have been used or show signs of food/liquid contact.
Consumables that have been opened (filters, seals, etc.).
