Cleaning & Care
Simple cleaning, no disassembly required:
- Run the mill briefly empty to clear flour dust.
- Grind half a cup of plain white rice (uncooked, not parboiled) on medium setting.
- Wipe the beechwood housing with a dry cloth. Do not use water inside.
Avoid: parboiled rice, brown rice, wet grains, oily seeds, or nuts.
