How to use the Photizo Flexible LED Pad
- Connect the pad to the controller and supplied power source.
- Place the LED side against clean, dry skin or as close to the target area as practical.
- Select 660 red-light mode or ALL red and near-infrared mode.
- Choose an output level from P1 to P4.
- Select a 5, 10, 15 or 20-minute session.
- Keep the pad comfortably positioned until the timer ends.
