Good morning, I have received your dehydrator and already used it for the first time. So far it is all good and does what is claimed. My only criticism is that there could have been a little clarity around the actual operating procedure. For example the is no indication that the timer is in hours and not minutes. Other than that ,it is exactly the product as advertised.
