This little dehydrator works wonderful, I am super impressed with it. Although I am disappointed in the solid trays which were bent and I can’t even pour 200 ml milk on it. So, the dehydrating of milk was a huge disappointment
The service from Ecohub is absolutely superb. I am staying on a farm very remote and far from town, but I received my machine within 3 days from ordering which is the best service I had ever had

Thanks for your order and review. I recall you ordered extra solid trays. I am wondering if those bent in transit. Perhaps if you put them in the dehydrator, and run the machine on a fairly high temperature, you should be able to straighten them out.
The trays were ordered with the Dehydrator and arrived promptly. I am happy to have easy access to spares like this
I have not recieved my order as yet as I asked them to delay it till today or tomorrow. I had previously ordered 6 of the same trays before and was so impressed how quickly they were delivered. I absolutely love the product. thank you for your amazing service.
