Home Power
Solar, batteries and backup power for South African homes
A hybrid inverter and lithium batteries keep the lights, fridge, wifi and pumps running through a power cut, charge from solar during the day, and take more batteries as your needs grow. Pair them with an efficient aircon and clean air from Climate & Air and the whole house works as one system. EcoHub is a Revov distributor and supplies EcoFlow PowerOcean, Huawei Power-M and Sunsynk, with installers we know and warranties handled here. Prices are for the equipment; installation is quoted separately.

Huawei Power-M or EcoFlow PowerOcean?
Both are all-in-one hybrid systems we supply and support. The Power-M is the proven, single-cabinet system we have sold for years and run in our own home. PowerOcean is the newer modular platform we supply, with EV charging and energy monitoring from the same app. Either way, start with how much you need to run during an outage — we will size it with you.

Home Power questions, answered
List what must stay on during an outage and roughly how long. We will convert that into inverter size and battery capacity — most homes land on 10–15 kWh.
A single 5 kW Huawei Power-M will not run most geysers. Two Power-Ms in parallel will, and the EcoFlow OCEAN 2 Plus has the inverter headroom to handle a geyser comfortably. Tell us your geyser size and what else must stay on, and we will size it with you.
No — prices on the site are for the equipment. Installation is quoted separately once we know your site, and is done by installers we know and trust. Add the units you want to your quote list, or send us your loads for a backup system, and we will size and quote both parts.
Courier delivery is free on orders over R1 000 up to 40 kg. Heavier orders, which includes most home batteries, carry a weight-based delivery charge from R495, worked out and shown at checkout. Revov batteries can also be collected.
