Questions before you buy
Courier delivery is free on orders over R1 000, up to 40 kg. Orders under R1 000 carry a R150 delivery fee. Heavier orders, such as home batteries, carry a weight-based delivery charge from R495, shown at checkout before you pay.
Cape Town and surrounds: usually the next working day, from our Western Cape warehouse. Johannesburg and Pretoria: one working day on items we stock locally, such as Revov batteries, Kuvings juicers and Huawei Power-M; larger items from the Cape usually take three working days. Regional areas: allow three to five working days.
Yes. At checkout, PayFast offers MoreTyme (three interest-free instalments), Mobicred and RCS store cards, and PayJustNow is available on eligible orders under R10 000. All prices include VAT.
Yes. Every product we sell is authorised stock, made for South African 230 V power and backed by its official South African warranty. We log and manage warranty claims for you, and as the official Sana importer we repair Sana juicers at our own service centre.
Our prices are for the equipment. Installation is quoted separately through installers we work with. Hard-wired products such as inverters, batteries and aircons must be installed by a qualified professional for the manufacturer warranty to apply.
You can return an item within 30 days of delivery if it is new, unused and in its original packaging, and we arrange the courier collection for eligible returns at no cost to you. If you are unsure which model suits you, ask us before you buy. Full details are on our Customer Help page.
Yes. Use “Add to Quote” on any product page for a formal quote. For business orders, choose “Pro Forma Invoice” as the payment method at checkout and we will email the pro forma for your accounts department.
